Upper Willamette (Stratum)

The Upper Willamette stratum includes tributaries upstream of Willamette Falls. There are four recognized populations of winter steelhead in the Upper Willamette DPS, Molalla/Pudding, North Santiam, South Santiam, and Calapooia Rivers, all of which are considered to be functionally independent.
